Can't withdraw money at ATMs

am stuck in Thailand with almost no money thanks to Bank of Scotland preventing me take out my money. They have no email address to contact on their website to be contacted. Both of my BoS cards (VISA and Mastercard) don't work and now I am stuck here... ...full story at Lonely Planet
