Diesel pump price 'certain' to rise soon

Energy Minister Piyasvasti Amranand on Thursday conceded a diesel price is very likely to rise by 40 satang per litre soon, but whether it would reach 28 baht per litre depended on the global oil price situation. ...full story at Bangkok Post
