Japanese diver dies in Philippines

MANILA (Kyodo) A Japanese woman died while scuba diving in the central Philippines over the weekend, a police report said Wednesday. Police identified the diver as 58-year-old Michiyo Higaki, a trained driver from Aichi Prefecture. Read the full story ...full story at Japan Times
