Chinese Double Entry Visa Vietnam

I need to enter China via Vietnam, then travel to Japan, then back into china to catch my flight back home from Hong Kong (unless anyone can find me a flight for under 150 GBP, but i've no luck).Is it possible to get a double entry tourist visa in Hanoi... ...full story at Boots n All
