okay I am still grappling with my itinerary. Any takers (Ellyse;-) Beijing 4 days Xi'an 1 day fly to Lijiang 4 days fly to Guilin and on to Yangshuo 5 days fly to Shanghai 5 days (side trips to Hangzhou and Suzhou) fly home from Shanghai I cut out Pingyao... ...full story at Virtual Tourist
