Staying in Jyekundo during horse festival

Seems like most of the hotels/hostels are already fully booked in Jyekundo during the horse festival (information from Losang). But I'm still hoping to find some empty spot. Does anybody know of a place that might have a free room, starting from July... ...full story at Lonely Planet
