I assume that I can apply for a Chinese visa in Hong Kong but can I apply for a Vietnamese visa in Hong Kong too? My plan is to fly into Hong Kong then skip through China to Vietnam. Does this sound reasonable?Thanks.PHIL ...full story at Lonely Planet
