Booking train Beijing to Lhasa

I am looking at travelling in mid April from Beijing to Lhasa by train. I want to pre-book the ticket as i have heard it is quite busy. I tried chinatripadvisor, but the following message appears: "Sorry, we cannot book the tickets to Tibet at the moment... ...full story at Lonely Planet
