China Prosecutes Gold Trading Frauds

A Chinese man was handed a nine year jail sentence this week for running an illegal gold trading business, the prosecutor in the case said Friday, in one of two major cases that involved fraudulent futures trading in the yellow metal. ...full story at WSJ
